Class Code – SNG
This class will focus on traditional songs in Scots and Gaelic. There will be a wide variety of songs, funny and serious, historical and modern. Also some work on harmony singing, breathing exercises and vocal techniques to help you explore and expand your singing. No prior knowledge of Gaelic (or Scots!) necessary as translations and pronunciation help will be given. Also suitable for all levels of singing experience.

7 classes per term from 7:15 to 9pm with a half time break
Class 2 fees are for the same person learning more than one instrument in the same term. e.g. Monday Whistle, Wednesday Fiddle
Concession fee applies to those in receipt of state pension: students on a recognised full-time education course: and those in receipt of certain state benefits such as Jobseeker’s allowance or Disability Living allowance.
Concession 2 fee, if you qualify for a concession, and take 2 classes in the same term e.g. Monday Whistle, Wednesday Fiddle
Monday / Wednesday early evening 45 minute classes – 6:15-7pm
Remain a GFW Member for member info, although not currently taking a class
